At GRED, we put quality and care into every product. To ensure fairness and transparency for both our customers and our team, please read our return, refund, and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product is delivered in a damaged condition.

Returns will NOT be accepted due to:

Dislike of the product

Dislike of design, print, color, or fit

Change of mind after delivery

Any request for return must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Any apparel that is found to be used, washed, altered, or showing wear marks will NOT be eligible for return.
Exchange Policy

Exchange requests follow the same rules as returns.

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged products, reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Products failing the quality check (used, worn, damaged due to customer handling) will not qualify for exchange.

Exchange is subject to product availability.
Damaged Product Policy

If you receive a damaged product, you must:

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery

Share clear images or videos of the damaged product and packaging

All damaged items are thoroughly inspected before approval of return or exchange.

Approval is solely at the discretion of GRED Store after quality verification.
Refunds

Refunds are issued only for approved damaged returns.

Once the returned item passes inspection, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
